    Dr. Alberding (she/her) is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist who completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Michigan. She enjoys treating depression, anxiety/OCD, mood disorders, and ADHD as well as working with teenagers (ages 15 and up), adults, and families across the lifespan. She utilizes both medication management and therapeutic approaches and will assure that treatment decisions are made with you after a discussion of diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and the current evidence base in medical literature.

    Tiffiny (she/her) is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who enjoys working with children 7+ and across the lifespan, specializing in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD. Tiffiny is passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for her patients. She believes that combining evidence- based practices with individualized, collaborative treatment leads to the best outcomes. Outside of work, you can find her crocheting, practicing yoga, or spending time with her dogs, Penny & Sammy.

    Carli (she/her) is a dual board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults aged 9+ with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD and Mood disorders. She is passionate about delivering a client centered, therapeutic approach. She offers both telehealth and in-person appointments.

    Kayla Peters, PMHNP-BC

    Kayla (she/her) is a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner. She began her career as a nurse in Pediatrics and Pediatric Oncology before she made the switch over to mental health. She loves working with all ages, with a particular interest in children and adolescents, ages 7+ with mood disorders, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and OCD. She believes in using a therapeutic approach to develop individualized plans of care with each patient based on their specific goals. This includes medication management and collaboration with the treatment team. When not working she enjoys rock climbing with her husband and cuddling her cats while reading a good book.

    Kinsey (she/her) is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Kinsey began her career working in the Emergency Department and quickly discovered her passion for mental health while in this setting. She enjoys working with individuals aged 15+ with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and has a special interest in perinatal psychiatry. She utilizes both medication management and therapeutic approaches and believes strongly in a collaborative treatment plan with shared decision making based on your individual goals. Kinsey primarily sees patients via telehealth. When not helping her patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Lucy.

    Leah (she/her) is an individual and couples therapist, a golden retriever enthusiast, and a book worm. She is trained in EMDR and is a level one Gottman Couples therapist. When she’s not helping clients recover from trauma, anxiety, and depression she can be found watching Gilmore Girls with a cup of coffee.

    Maddie Isenberg, MA, LPCC

    Madison “Maddie” (she/her) is a warm and compassionate therapist who loves supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through life’s challenges. She is currently training in Child and Parent Psychotherapy for kids ages birth to five and has experience helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral concerns. Maddie takes a person-centered, relational approach—meeting each individual where they are and using creative tools like art and play to help them feel seen, heard, and understood. Outside the office, Maddie finds joy in spending time with her cats, cooking homemade meals, and being in nature.

    Lorren (she/her) works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and the many complexities that come with being human. Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and reflective, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their thoughts, patterns, and experiences honestly. Lorren practices from an integrative perspective, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s individual needs. She enjoys helping clients better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and cultivate more authentic and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. Lorren strives to create a space that is curious, compassionate, and non-judgmental, especially when discussing topics people may feel hesitant or embarrassed to talk about. Outside of the therapy room, Lorren enjoys watching Friends, listening to Taylor Swift, and spending time with her cats, Finn and Tallulah.

With more than 15 years experience as an educator and American Sign Language interpreter, she understands the complexities of communication and learning. Together with clients, she seeks to explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth in a safe, non-judgmental space.

    Kate (she/her) enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan – specializing in children, adolescents, and women. She strives to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space for you to be your authentic self. From childhood through adulthood, Kate helps individuals navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, career satisfaction, and general life stressors. When working with children and adolescents, Kate utilizes creative, play-based interventions to make the counseling process fun and engaging. Kate has completed specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which she uses to assist in treating individuals who have experienced trauma. In addition to being a therapist, Kate has over 16 years of experience as an educator and school counselor. She has a special interest in working with educators who are facing the current challenges in education. In her free time, you can find Kate gardening, collecting more houseplants, and exploring metroparks.

    As a clinical autism specialist, Mihkaya (she/her) is passionate about working with children aged 4 and up, supporting families navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, ODD, and other behavioral concerns. She takes a person-centered approach, ensuring each client receives a personalized therapy experience while integrating modalities like DBT, play therapy, behavioral therapy, and CBT.
