  • Chelsea Alberding, MD

    Dr. Alberding is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist who completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Michigan. She enjoys treating depression, anxiety/OCD, mood disorders, and ADHD as well as working with teenagers (ages 15 and up), adults, and families across the lifespan. She utilizes both medication management and therapeutic approaches and will assure that treatment decisions are made with you after a discussion of diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and the current evidence base in medical literature.

  • Kinsey Reeves, PMHNP-BC

    Kinsey is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Kinsey began her career working in the Emergency Department and quickly discovered her passion for mental health while in this setting. She enjoys working with individuals aged 15+ with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and has a special interest in perinatal psychiatry. She utilizes both medication management and therapeutic approaches and believes strongly in a collaborative treatment plan with shared decision making based on your individual goals. Kinsey primarily sees patients via telehealth. When not helping her patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Lucy.

  • Carli Middleton, PMHNP-BC

    Carli is a dual board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults aged 9+ with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD and Mood disorders. She is passionate about delivering a client centered, therapeutic approach. She offers both telehealth and in-person appointments.

    Leah is an individual and couples therapist, a golden retriever enthusiast, and a book worm. She is trained in EMDR and is a level one Gottman Couples therapist. When she’s not helping clients recover from trauma, anxiety, and depression she can be found watching Gilmore Girls with a cup of coffee.

  • Jason Smithers, MA, LPC

    Jason is a strengths-based therapist with a heart to help individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, or going through major life challenges such as career changes, divorce, or loss of loved ones. Jason is also a three-time author with a focus on helping aspiring visual artists, musicians, and writers live healthy lives and complete their very best work.

  • Susan Long, PhD, LPCC-S

    Dr. Long views the counseling process as an opportunity to develop and practice skills for nervous system regulation in a therapeutic environment. She provides integrative and evidenced-based treatment to adolescents and adults with a focus on holistic wellness. Dr. Long is certified in wellness counseling, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and the safe and sound protocol.

  • Cara Story, MSW, LISW-S

    Cara is a child and adult therapist, craft lover, and nature explorer. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). She enjoys utilizing creative therapeutic approaches and interventions, often incorporating art, music, or play into sessions. She takes a client-centered and strengths-based approach to working collaboratively with clients. Cara strives to hold a safe space for all clients and works to empower clients to embrace their self and story.

  • Erica Porter, MA, LPC

    Erica’s goal as a therapist is to ease the pain of others. She has a passion for coming alongside individuals who are looking to find calm and peacefulness through life transitions, while also building independence and self-confidence. She assists each person she works with by finding a path to healing and recovery that fits their needs, beliefs, passions, and interests. Erica has completed specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which she uses to assist in treating individuals experiencing trauma and PTSD. She has provided trauma treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.

  • Alexa Encheff, MA, LPCC

    Alexa enjoys working with clients across the lifespan from ages 15 and up, including providing couples therapy. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EMDR. You can find her spreading joy around our office, Diet Coke in hand, updating our staff members about her latest true crime podcast fascination.

  • Kaitlyn Inniger, MA, LPC

    As a licensed professional counselor and school psychologist working with children ages seven and up, adolescents, and those entering young adulthood, Kaitlyn is passionate about creating a safe space in counseling for people to be the truest versions of themselves. She views the counseling relationship as being inherently collaborative, empowering, and supportive, fueled by trust and hope. Kaitlyn has experience treating trauma, ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, and grief. In her free time, Kaitlyn is enthusiastic about walking her dog, learning about constellations, and competitively playing board games with loved ones.

  • Melanie Weast, MA, LPC

    Melanie (she/her/hers) has clinical experience working with adult individuals experiencing varying levels of trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. Melanie aims to serve as an advocate for clients and foster an environment of empowerment. In working with clients, Melanie’s therapy style emphasizes the belief that each client is the expert of their own life and through the therapeutic process clients will begin to confidently identify their needs and wants. She incorporates various techniques and approaches which include Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, and interpersonal and relational therapies.

    Kate enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan – specializing in children, adolescents, women, and educators. She strives to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space for you to be your authentic self. In addition to being a therapist, Kate has over 16 years of experience as an educator and school counselor. When working with children and adolescents, Kate utilizes creative, play-based interventions to make the counseling process fun and engaging. From childhood through adulthood, Kate helps individuals navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, career satisfaction, and general life stressors. In her free time, you can find Kate gardening, collecting more houseplants, and exploring metroparks.

  • Taylor Falardeau, PhD, LPCC

    Dr. Taylor works with teenagers (16 and up) and adults seeking a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere to explore what brings them to therapy. She believes each individual is deserving of access to respectful and empathic services where growth can be fostered and a persons' lived experiences are actively listened to.

  • Jessica Napier, MA, LPC

    Jessica works with adults and couples seeking to find connection and steadiness in times of pain and uncertainty. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Jessica provides a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Jessica is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) which helps those struggling with symptoms of PTSD to once again find safety, trust, power, and intimacy. Her clinical interests also include sexuality and sex therapy and she is proud to be an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. In her free time you can find Jess spending time with family, testing out her latest dinner recipe, or curating the perfect playlist for any occasion.

    Mercedes is a child and adult therapist, book lover, avid TikTok watcher, and coffee enthusiast. She is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and primarily works with individuals experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and mood disorders. Mercedes utilizes a strengths based approach and prides herself on making the therapeutic process as comfortable as possible. In her free time, you can find Mercedes cooking, spending time with loved ones, and snuggling with her cat, who may make an appearance during Telehealth sessions.

    Jarrod works with teens, adolescents, and adults working through various concerns. He has experience treating depression, stress, anxiety, ADHD, childhood trauma, and low self-esteem; he enjoys helping others achieve their goals and connect with their best selves. Jarrod works with clients respecting them as the experts of their own lives, aiding with perspective and therapeutic knowledge of emotions and human behavior. Jarrod is a podcast enthusiast, coffee aficionado, and a loving husband.

  • Hillary Anderson, CT, LIHI

    Hillary enjoys counseling individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, and life transitions. She believes in person-centered therapy, empowering clients to create desired change in their lives. With more than 15 years experience as an educator and American Sign Language interpreter, she understands the complexities of communication and learning. Together with clients, she seeks to explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth in a safe, non-judgmental space.
